IP address conflict with another system on network?

I have a router that is hooked up to 4 computers...I've had the cable modem for months and this problem has never happened before.

On my computer I am not able to connect to the internet. When I turn my comp. on a window pops up that says

"Windows-System error

There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network"

How do I solve this problem?
