Hi,
So I got on my laptop and everything was working okay. I signed in and tried playing a video and immediately realized that my headphones weren't working. Not so much that they weren't working, but the audio was playing through both my speakers and my headphones at the same time. I looked up a few tutorials on how to fix this and I've reset my computer 10 times, but I seem to have made things worse. Now the headphones aren't even being recognized. I'm at a total loss of what to do here, so I'm hoping to get some help.
