Hi, It states "If you cannot take either of the above actions, you must pass your turn. Discard one card from your hand and draw the top card from the draw pile." The "if you cannot take either of the above actions" phrase seems to indicate that I must choose option 1 or 2 if I have a legal play. Is that correct? For example, lets say that all of the coins in the middle are face-up, which renders option 1 unavailable. Let's also say that the only cards in my hand are cards which would harm me to play them. Can I opt to just pass rather than play a card that hurts me? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
