Hi. I have decided to no longer teach flyball classes. There are several reasons for this. Although i have not had many dogs coming in recent years, i still enjoyed teaching them. The main reason is i do not have enough time to do it properly. To build up a team of dogs and regularly go to competitions is difficult. Flyball is VERY much a team sport. Thank you to all the dogs that were in Snatch and Grab flyball team, we had some great times. If any one is sill keen to do flyball let me know, and i can put you in touch will other teams in the area. Also if you know any one one who would like to buy a flyball box and jumps please let me know. Thanks Jeff

It's a shame you've decided not to teach flyball anymore , but i do remember the times we had problems getting enough dogs etc, etc. I have some great memories of Snatch & Grab, Scully always preferred flyball to agility, she would shake with excitement, never bark (those were the days a quiet dog!!) & Marley as lead dog - pawing the ground - bless him..... If you would like I can ask Jan Condra if they would be interested in your box etc etc. (She's on hols for a week at the moment) I had also been having second thoughts about Tian doing flyball. She got so over excited when we trained before, I really thought she was going to explode!! (or hurt herself, trying to go too fast...) Thanks again for all your patience & skill in training the teams over the past years, it really was good fun. I am not sure I would trust another trainer with Tian & flyball!! Regards Julie

ok nobody is to tell marley that flyball is no more I'm sure he hopes that it might be flyball every time he gets out of the car and hears collies barking!!!
good times loved the racing its definitely made me, twigs and marley more competitive at agility too!
all the dogs that ran in snatch'n'grab, snatch'n'grabits and snatch'n'grab raiders did well our changeovers put pressure on our opponents and we always had fab results.
it was the flyball team that talked me into trying agility!!!..

RIP Snatch'N'Grab I loved our flyball days for various different reasons. Not least because it meant JZ and Fred could join in at a difficult time in both their lives! Wilfy was a fabulous flyball dog and would still be racing to the box and back if I let him ;D Thanks to you Jeff for all your hard work, patience and enthusiasm which made us such a professional well turned out team. We blew our competitors away every time ;D The team spirit was excellent and we had some brilliant days out. I have some very happy memories. I still miss the whole flyball experience!

Oh no! My heart just sank straight to my boots I am very sad that flyball is no longer running. It still remains Basil's and my favourite. In reality Baz probably wouldn't have been able to take part because of his wonky leg, but I was always hoping. Thanks Jeff for giving Baz and I a fantastic couple of years running with the team. It will be sorely missed. Liane
