Mixed day today. Started by winning senior gamblers. Then did a pitifully slow jumping course to pick up time faults. New one for him in agility, running under a jump? Didn't see that coming. Ended with a second place in novice steeplechase. That gives us the 8 points needed for promotion to senior steeplechase. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
We to went to Captain Jacks on Saturday, 1st class in the ring for jumping with a strong wind, down went the nose, then failed to get a left turn as going at full throttle, a bit did a lovely agility clear to come 2nd, after quite a break, lots of add-ons, BB did a another clear round in senior steeplechase only to go and win it and at last a trophy too

Magic and I have had a fabulous weekend at captain Jacks this weekend Incase anyone missed it!!! Saturday we came 3rd in gamblers, we won beginners jumping and then pause for effect.....we WON agility finally getting the 12 points we needed to be promoted from beginners into Novice!! Woohoo!! Only taken two years!! Then today, we went back and had a go at novice snooker and came 2nd, a clear in champ steeple without walking it as I was late doh! And then 2nd in novice jumping and 4th in novice agility, so a massive achievement and thrilled with 7 out of 7 clear rounds in one weekend! Although I may have broken my dog!!! One tired pooch!! I'm on cloud nine and gonna enjoy it before I come back to earth with an inevitable crash and begin again! Bring on next weekend!! Great runs Jackie BB was flying in his agility run, and Ang huge congratulations getting into senior steeple glad Dex is on the mend fingers crossed, that'll explain his run under the jump!! Hope the rest of you scallywaggers had a great weekend see you at training! 😀
Nice one Guys very proud of you. . We had a good weekend camping at Rugby.I borrowed Baggie for the Champ class a pole down in the jumping and clear in the agility saw me in the final. Less than 20 dogs made into the final and two were from Scallywags Dillie and Baggie (really tricky courses) We were Clear in the final but not so quick, age is catching both of us. We ended up 10th beaten by a fantastic run from Donna and Dille who came 9th. They must be one the most consistent pair on the agility circuit right now. Murphy was clear in his junior crufts qualifier and clear in the Olympia qualifier but out the places, but did it all with a broken finger. See you at training Jeff
Champions, in any field, make a habit of doing what others find boring or uncomfortable.
